
On Saturday 25 January 2025, a special culinary evening will be held at the Campomezzavia Hotel Restaurant in Asiago, dedicated to lovers of good food and local gastronomic tradition.
This themed dinner will be a tribute to mixed boiled meats, with a menu full of authentic flavors, which has the ability to warm the heart and delight the palate.
The evening, which will begin at 20:00, will be a journey into the taste of boiled meats, carefully selected and prepared following traditional recipes and served with traditional side dishes and sauces (find the MENU below).
Immersed in the splendid natural setting of the Asiago Plateau, participants will have the opportunity to live a unique experience, in the name of conviviality and good food. The event is an unmissable opportunity for those who want to discover, or rediscover, the typical dishes of the area, in a welcoming and familiar environment.
