- Tuna tartare, alpine char carpaccio and crispy prawns in millefili

- Risotto with red turnip creamed with Asiago, walnuts and smoked ricotta
- Ravioli with cuttlefish ink stuffed with ricotta and shrimp, sautéed with wild garlic and confit tomatoes
Second Course
- Slice of cod, smoked mashed potatoes and vegetable caponata
