But it is not only nature that celebrates this season, even the kitchen of the Val Formica Refuge Restaurant is preparing to enhance its unique tastes, with "Sapori d'autunno", a themed dinner dedicated to autumn gastronomic delights.
The appointment is for the evening of Friday 20 October 2023!
Pumpkin, mushrooms, chestnuts They will be some of the protagonists of the exquisite menu, with dishes based on fresh ingredients and prepared with originality.
It will be an escalation of flavors in a harmonious encounter between tradition and innovation!

- Duck breast, artichokes and pomegranate sauce
- Pumpkin cappellaccio, burrata cream and crispy bacon
