On Saturday 4 October 2025, from 7:30 pm, the Campomulo Refuge invites you to spend an evening of taste and conviviality with a special menu dedicated to the famous "Campomulo Ribs".
For the occasion, the refuge's chef has created a gastronomic proposal that enhances the authentic flavors of the Plateau:
- Potato rösti with cream cheese from the Central Plateau and bacon
- Ribs with a side of vegetables from the garden
- Water, sweet, coffee and cover charge included
👉 Price: 45 euros per person
The evening is an excellent opportunity to enjoy the summer atmosphere of the Asiago Seven Municipalities Plateau, enjoying genuine dishes prepared with local ingredients, surrounded by nature and in good company.
