On Tuesday, December 24, 2024, at the Alpine Refuge Bar, it invites you to celebrate the arrival of the new year with a unique and evocative experience.
Delicious dishes with local products await you, a walk in the woods to reach the place and the warmth of the "fornela" lit waiting for you.
The Alpine Bar Refuge is located in the middle of a clearing surrounded by fir and beech forests, in unspoilt nature. It thus offers the perfect setting to experience an authentic New Year's Eve in the mountains, surrounded by a unique and evocative atmosphere.
Menu of the evening
- Welcome aperitif
- Porcini mushroom dumpling km 0 and Asiago DOP cheese fondue from the malga
- Risotto with leek from our garden, smoked trout from Astico and almonds
- Goose leg confit with citrus scent with pumpkin puree from our garden with pasture butter
- Creamy white chocolate and raspberries
Cost: 80 euros per person, which includes menu, cover charge, water and coffee (wine or soft drinks excluded).
There is no specific menu for children.
Places are limited, reservations are required. A deposit will be required to confirm the reservation.
The roads to reach the Refuge are forbidden to vehicles.
The shortest walk to reach the refuge is from Val Magnaboschi di Cesuna (2.8km, about 45 min).
