- Mezzaluna puff pastry stuffed with radicchio di Treviso D.O.P. and Asiago, on organic Ciardi pumpkin cream

- Risotto Carnaroli al Valpolicella ripasso, mixed mushrooms of the plateau, Asiago cheese and crispy speck
- Ravioloni with duck sauce and bacon on chopped hazelnuts from Val d'Assa

- Sorana Veneta beef sirloin with orange and Capovilla rum and julienne vegetables
