Monday, April 25, 2022, on the occasion of the 77th anniversary of the Liberation from Nazi-Fascism, the Municipality of Asiago organizes a commemoration ceremony to renew the commitment to strengthen day after day the ideals of freedom, justice and democracy in memory of all those who sacrificed themselves to make us free, giving their lives.
Italy emerged from the tragic events of the last war is a democracy in which freedom is an indispensable value, a commitment and a wealth to be transmitted to future generations.
On this day dedicated to the commemoration and remembrance of the Fallen for Freedom, the city of Asiago wants to address a strong call for peace among peoples and peaceful coexistence in solidarity and mutual respect.

9.30 a.m .
- Meeting at the Loggia dei Caduti in Piazza Carli
- Corona Deposition
- Departure Parade for the Military Shrine
10.30 a.m.
- Holy Mass at the Military Shrine
12.00 pm
- Deposition of the Crown at the Municipal Cemetery and homage to the Fallen
The ceremony will be accompanied by the "Vincenzo Bellini" Band Corps of Povolaro.
Citizens are asked to display the tricolor sharing the memory of the Fallen Asiaghesi for freedom.
The regulations in force at the time relating to the health emergency will apply.
