Friday, july 27, 2018, at the big top of Roana, on theAsiago plateau, a fun Zumba class will move to the rhythm of music all adults (aged 15 years and above) who wish to participate in it.
The lesson shall start at 17.30 hours and it will be a great way to keep in shape during the summer while having fun with friends.
The Zumba in fact combines the movements of afro-Caribbean music to the traditional ones ofaerobics, so as to burn a lot of calories and, at the same time, make us forget the trouble with steps to the beat of the music .
