Cheese production in Enego, Thursday, January 2, 2014
Thursday, January 2, 2014, in Piazza San Marco in Enego, Asiago plateau, there will be a practical demonstration of the cheese.
This appointment will be made by Coldiretti of Enego.
These will explain how the art, over time, has created hundreds and hundreds of cheeses, dairy products and derivatives, with games and MIME actions.
Afterwards there will be a tasting of cheese!
The initiative will take place at 20:30 in St. Mark's square.
