Free interpretation of the original work by Marco Magonio curated by Flavio Collicelli
Saturday 18 August 2018, in Piazza del Popolo a Gallium, will be put on the children's show "the Princess blind."
It is a free interpretation of the original opera by Mario Magonio. Impersonation is curated by Flavio Collicelli, and will begin at 16.30.
This new and exciting initiative will certainly attract and entertain a large audience, not only young, but also less young.
MARIO MAGONIO
Was born in Genoa on 16 December 1909, lives in hometown for life. Began working as a burattianio, as a hobby, in 1947, in the parish of Vigne in Genoa. Here he founded the theatre company Genovese, bringing to light the typical Genoese mask Baciccia. After a brief stint as a puppeteer, returns to his small theatre of puppets, dedicating his free time. From January 2005 retires for health reasons. Fails on 24 September 2009, at the age of 99 years.
