Musical evening with the choir "voices of the cave"

Saturday 14 July 2018, returns the engrossing Choir Festival of Santa Giustina, now into its 18TH Edition.

The Choir Festival, organised by the Associazione Corale "CAVERN ENTRIES" of Roana (VI), in collaboration with the parish and the Pro Loco, will start at 20.45 hours, at the parish church of Roana.

In addition to "RUMORS of the CAVERN", will perform the choirs guests " CIMBRIAN POLYPHONIC CHOIR" di Luserna (TN) and the chorus "EL MORETO" San Giovanni Ilarione (VR), wowing with beautiful songs the night to all those present.

A major event in the summer schedule of the Comune di Roana.

CAVERN CHOIR VOICES

The choir was born in Roana in 1997 when a group of friends decided to create a new chorus with their songs, running them with a few items and giving rise to "the voices of the Cavern," referring to the chasm of eternal snow sita near the Monte Verena di Roana.
The spirit of the group is to be able to convey to the public, stories, scenery, emotions, feelings and fantasies of our sites using only songs written and set to music by the group itself.
The choral group consists of 12 items and is directed from the beginning by Gianfranco Muraro.

CIMBRIAN CHORAL

The Cimbrian di Luserna polyphonic choir was founded in 1992 to present itself not only with mountain and popular songs but also with songs cimbri and let so know the reality of culture and Ilnguistica of Luserna, German-speaking origin.
The choir, therefore, is characterized by its cultural specificity both aesthetically (the uniform, particularly that of singers, proposes the typical festive costume cimbro di Luserna) for both songs on Cimbrian language recovered by oral tradition or developed from scratch, some of whom never fail in his concerts.
Currently, the choir is led by Teacher Nadia Nicolussi Paolaz and consists of 21 items.
In 2012 the choir has recorded his second CD and in 2013 has created a trilingual DVD (Italian-German and cimbro) who, through the songs and dialogues, explains the origin and the reality of the community of Luserna.

EL MORETO

"Coro El Moreto" because in the districts, in taverns, at parties, where he sang primarily songs of filandiere, the most tender and witty said softly: "Moreto giovineto, moreto, you're a handsome, that you wear your hair to the wave Park."
And you know that everything that can make us think and move it from our labors, from our traditions, even by our faith badly lost.
We sing in this wonderful church with so much emotion, even with fear. Here on the plateau there are great choirs that we admire and to whom we have the more fraternal gratitude for the example of bravura that lead anywhere even in prestigious international competitions.
The wisdom that we have inherited from our fathers we express above all the humility of singing, with the serene smile telling farmer and montanaro.
