- Wild boar Bacon with Morlacco del Grappa and mushrooms of the refuge
- Quenelle of cod on wafer of Fried polenta and crispy skin
- Slice of pork belly lacquered with pomegranate with shallot confit
First:
- Skinny homemade tortellini in Capon broth
- Linguine with radicchio rosso di Treviso Sauris Bacon with herbs
Lemon sorbet
Second:
- Mixed boiled meat with sauces, mashed potatoes and stewed Savoy
- Baked stuffed quail with broccoli fioraro

- Cappuccino and chocolate Parfait with citrus namelaka crystallized
