The warm atmosphere of the refuge decked, the warmth of the fireplace, an extensive menu that will make you taste the traditional flavours and specialities prepared with passion by the chefs of refuge: the Christmas 2016 will be unforgettable!

Welcome drink

Appetizer:

• Wild boar Bacon with Morlacco del Grappa and mushrooms of the refuge
• Quenelle of cod on wafer of Fried polenta and crispy skin
• Slice of pork belly lacquered with pomegranate with shallot confit

First:

• Skinny homemade tortellini in Capon broth
• Linguine with radicchio rosso di Treviso Sauris Bacon with herbs

Lemon sorbet

Second:

• Mixed boiled meat with sauces, mashed potatoes and stewed Savoy
• Baked stuffed quail with broccoli fioraro

Dessert:

• Cappuccino and chocolate Parfait with citrus namelaka crystallized
• Cake craft with Tahitian Vanilla chantilly cream and candied kumquats
