Appetizer:

• Quenelle of cod with olive oil on toasted crunchy
• Cornetto patanegra flavored soft cream Iberian of Roquefort
• Sopressa nostrana marinated with tacks and polenta

First:

• Capellini pasta in broth with chicken livers
• Potato gnocchi with rabbit sauce and artichokes

According to:

• Mixed boiled meat with sauces, mashed potatoes and stewed Savoy cabbage
• Deboned Turkey stuffed with chestnuts and baked potatoes, red onions and apples

Dessert:

• Pudding with saffron and red wine sauce
