Appetizer:
- Quenelle of cod with olive oil on toasted crunchy
- Cornetto patanegra flavored soft cream Iberian of Roquefort
- Sopressa nostrana marinated with tacks and polenta
First:
- Capellini pasta in broth with chicken livers
- Potato gnocchi with rabbit sauce and artichokes
According to:
- Mixed boiled meat with sauces, mashed potatoes and stewed Savoy cabbage
- Deboned Turkey stuffed with chestnuts and baked potatoes, red onions and apples
