Snowshoeing we enter the mountains of Gallio to arrive at sunset in a suggestive panoramic point where our view can range from the snow to the profiles of the mountains at 360 °: the Alps with the Marmolada and the Lagorai to the Apennines with Mount Cimone.
From here we will wait for darkness to light our candles and experience a magical evening among the stories of the guides, from Cimbrian legends to the myths that envelop the constellations of spring and the vault of heaven.
There will also be an unforgettable convivial moment... to experience a mountain of emotions!
Reservations are mandatory.
DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty of 3 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route runs through mountain paths and dirt roads. The difference in height is less than 300 m, there are no exposed sections.
WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU: waterproof mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, hot water or tea for the duration of the excursion, a small snack such as dried fruit, hat, gloves, any headlamp possibly with a steady red light. You will be strongly advised not to use any other artificial lights to enjoy a magical candle atmosphere.
COST: €20 for the guided candlelight excursion per person, €10 for children under 15 and season ticket holders.
Snowshoes and poles can be rented: €10 per person.
In the event that there is not enough snow, you will proceed on foot without the aid of snowshoes.
