Cimbrian language course 2015-2016 in the Biblioteca Civica di Rotzo, Altopiano di Asiago November 19, 2015
Thursday, November 19, 2015, at 20:30 at the Biblioteca Civica di Rotzo, will begin the Cimbrian language course 2015/16.
The course, organized by theInstitute of Cimbrian expedition of Roana in collaboration with Biblioteca Civica di Rotzo, will be taught by Lauro Flan.
The cimbri, people from which many families ofAsiago plateau are an ethnic minority German descendant with their language and culture. He is currently stationed in a few mountain resorts as Luserna, Roana and Giazza.
The Cimbrian language is now in strong regression and only a minority keeps alive a centuries-old culture and tradition.
