Destination: Cima Ekar - Asiago Plateau 7 Municipalities

Cima Ekar is not only an Astronomical Observatory: up here an important piece of the rural landscape of Asiago is also preserved, made up of ancient mountain huts, pastures, woods and great views that are lost on the horizon.

Val Forbice, Valbella, Campo di Costalunga... with the end of the mountain pasture, the pastures that have welcomed the herds throughout the summer return to silence and leave room for wildlife.

We will walk through mountain huts, meadows and woods breathing in the scents of autumn, while the vegetation lights up with yellow, orange and red and the foliage transforms the landscape at every step.

A guided excursion to experience the mountains in one of its most evocative seasons, when everything slows down and the plateau is filled with colors.

Reservations are required.

📈DIFFICULTY:  we assign a difficulty 3 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging) The route is a loop and develops between dirt roads and mountain paths. 

The uphill elevation gain is less than 230 m.

🎒TO BRING WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, backpack with water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit, sunglasses, hat.

🫰COST: €15 for the guided excursion per person. €5 for children under 15 and season ticket holders.
