DESTINATION: the woods and pastures of the upper area of the Asiago Plateau and the Seven Municipalities (VI)

The magic of the high mountains between snowy landscapes and boundless views towards the Alps and the mountains of the northern area of the Asiago Plateau will be the setting for this day in Nature in the company of Asiago Guides.

The guide will be able to entertain you with curiosities and anecdotes about the history and wild inhabitants of these places and during the packed lunch there will be convivial moments! 

With snowshoes there will be the opportunity to go along new paths through the pastures and woods to enjoy all the well-being that the mountain offers us.

Reservations are mandatory. 

Depending on the snow cover, it will be a snowshoe hike or a hike without the aid of snowshoes.

DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty of 3  on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)

The route is a loop and does not present any particular technical difficulties. It develops between mountain paths and dirt roads. The difference in height is less than 300 m, there are no exposed sections.

The route will be established a few days before the event based on weather conditions and the presence of ice/snow.

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU: waterproof mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, water or hot tea for the duration of the excursion, a small snack such as dried fruit, sunglasses, hat, gloves, PACKED LUNCH and blanket.

COST: €20 for the guided excursion per person, €10 for children under 15 and season ticket holders.

Snowshoes and poles can be rented: €10 per person.

MEETING POINT: near the northern area of the Asiago Plateau 7 Municipalities. 

Precise information on the meeting place will be communicated to those booked the day before the event. 

We will start on foot from the meeting place.
