On Monday, August 10, 2026, "Concert on the sleigh" is scheduled in Canovi, an original musical event that will combine the beauty of nature with the evocative sounds of horns.

The meeting is set at 20:30 at the Palazzetto Polifunzionale (Multifunctional Palace), from where the staff of the Pro Loco will accompany the participants on a short walk of about one kilometer to the giant purple sled, a suggestive outdoor location that will host the concert starting at 21:00.

The protagonists of the evening will be the Dolomiti Horn Ensemble, a formation composed of four professional musicians from Trentino specialized in the performance of pieces for horn. The quartet is formed by Nicola Ravelli, Stefano Rossi, Martino Bortolotti and Marcello Sani, musicians who, after studying at the Conservatory of Trento and subsequent international specialization courses, have collaborated with important Italian orchestras.

A distinctive element of the ensemble is the alternation between the modern horn and the traditional alphorn, an ancient wind instrument with a warm and deep timbre, strongly linked to the culture and traditions of the Alpine lands. A combination capable of creating particularly evocative atmospheres, in perfect harmony with the mountain landscape that will be the backdrop to the event.

The quartet's repertoire ranges from traditional Alpine melodies to classical, baroque and contemporary music, without forgetting incursions into the world of soundtracks, swing and blues, offering the audience a musical experience full of nuances and surprises.

A special evening to let yourself be enveloped by the sounds of the mountains and experience a moment of great charm under the summer sky of the Asiago Seven Municipalities Plateau.
