Saturday 30 and Sunday 31 October 2021,in Asiago,at the Palazzo del Turismo Millepini,to celebrate the centenary of the birth of the great highland narrator, the international conference "Mario Rigoni Stern and his Plateau - One hundred years of civil ethics, literature, history and nature"will take place by Giuseppe Mendicino,official biographer of the writer.
The conference is organized by the National Committee for the celebrations of the centenary of the birth of Mario Rigoni Stern,in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, the Veneto Region, the City of Asiago and the Olympic Academy of Vicenza.
They will be two days of interesting meetings with the intervention of 24 speakers.
On the evening of Saturday 20, at 9 pm,there will also be an engaging concert with songs, hymns, psalms and music by Vivaldi, entitled"The Hope of the Mountain in Peace and Fraternity"with the poetry of Mario Rigoni Stern and David Maria Turoldo.
The event is free admission with reservations required.
