At the Downtown Kinesis of Asiago, every Tuesday, takes the course of corrective exercises.
The lessons of corrective exercises are aimed at those who want to correct their postural defects, with targeted activities.
During class, a professional will suggest the most appropriate exercises to improve posture and correct any muscle imbalances.

▶ trial lesson: €5 to class
