Children's course "Let's become little artisans" at MECF

In March 2022 at the MECF, Museo Etnografico Comunità Di Foza, there will be a course for children entitled "LET'S BECOME SMALL ARTISANS AT THE MECF, BETWEEN ART AND CRAFTSMANSHIP" by the museum educator Lucia Spolverini.

These are surprise craft and artistic workshops!

Each appointment will be a surprise for children who will become "little artisans" and with imagination, ingenuity and a lot of dexterity they will be engaged in creating special handicrafts knowing and using different types of materials (paper, cardboard, wood, coffee beans, legumes, beads, sticks, pasta, pannolenci, threads, wool and other recycled materials for their revalorization).

Program

March 3: "BOOKMARK"

10 and 17 March: "AQUARIUS"

March 24: "STELLA ACCHIAPPA SOGNI"

When we think of the word "educational game" we associate it with an activity of leisure, pastime, escape and creativity. For the child it represents one of the first ways to explore himself and the world. By playing and learning, he can experience and know the reality that surrounds him, his perception and emotions. All in an absolutely spontaneous and natural way: this means that the theoretical and practical notions learned during the course will be more likely to remain imprinted in the memory.

For this reason, cognitive play is a valuable tool for children's teaching, not forgetting, moreover, that through playful activities the child is fully able to express inclinations, character, personality, relationships and spontaneous interactions.

The Mecf of Foza offers all children a relaxed, friendly environment, in which creative notions are presented and learned in a completely pleasant way.

To empower and continuously stimulate attention and commitment, the course will be structured so that, during the 4 meetings each child will be engaged in different phases of manual work, to reach the realization of 3 handicrafts starting from the study and observation of the models.
