Course in Asiago to reduce stress and increase concentration-10 January 2019

Thursday 10 January 2019, in the Sala delle Tele at theAsiago mountain Union (former station) will host the fourth lesson of the course for stress reduction and enhancement of mental focus organized by Voluntary association "FLY" of the plateau.

The lesson will begin at 15.00 hours and will be held by the teacher Gigliola Feltham, yoga instructor and science of breath and associated Centre Parsifal Yoga Academy in Milan.

With targeted techniques you will learn how to experience the practice of conscious breathing, development of mental focus and deep relaxation, with the aim of improving their welfare physical, emotional and mental.
