Yoga and meditation
Thursday 17 January 2019, the fifth and last round of the course for stress reduction and enhancement of mental focus organized byAssociation "FLY" of the plateau.
The lecture will be held in the Sala delle Tele at theAsiago mountain Union (former station) at 15.00 hours and will be held by the teacher Gigliola Feltham, yoga instructor and science of breath and associated the Center Parsifal Yoga Academy in Milan.
During class, you will learn the techniques aimed at the practice of conscious breathing, development of mental focus and deep relaxation, with numerous benefits for the well-being physical, emotional and mental.
