Course to reduce stress and increase concentration in Asiago-13 December 2018

Thursday 13 December 2018, new appointment with the course for stress reduction and enhancement of mental focus organized byAssociation "FLY" of the plateau.

The lecture will be held in the Sala delle Tele at theAsiago mountain Union (former station) and will start at 15.00 hours.

The teacher Gigliola Feltham, yoga instructor and science of breath and bound to teach Yoga Academy in Milan, Parsifal Center participants with techniques aimed at the practice of conscious breathing, development of mental concentration and deep relaxation.
The course, in fact, is specifically aimed at those who feel the need to improve their well-being physical, emotional and mental.
