On Sunday, August 30, 2026, at 6:45 p.m., at the Fonte degli Elfi in Treschè Conca (Church area), it will be "Doppia Punte" by Duo Bau, an Italian formation, to conclude the CuCuFestival, the International Street Art Festival promoted and coordinated by the Municipality of Roana.
The contemporary circus show brings to the stage a reflection on the complexity of human relationships, their difficulties and, at the same time, the extraordinary uniqueness that characterizes each bond.
The two artists are united by a physical bond as simple as it is eloquent: their hair is braided in a single braid. From this condition arises a question that runs through the entire performance: does that link represent a cumbersome limit or can it turn into an unexpected advantage?
Between comic moments and more reflective passages, "Doppia Punte" thus explores dependence, balance, closeness and the need to continually find an understanding with the other. The circus gesture becomes a metaphor for the relationship, while the audience is involved in a succession of emotions and contrasts.
With its intimate atmosphere and delicate balance between irony and depth, the show will thus offer the closure of the CuCuFestival 2026, entrusting the language of contemporary circus with a reflection on the bonds that unite people.
In case of bad weather, the show will be held at the Palaciclamino in Cesuna.
