The first part is focused on Italy with the Sonata in f minor, op. 13 No. 6 of Muzio Clementi, very interesting; a curiosity: the theme of the third movement is a transposition in less than a famous motif of Beethoven's Eroica Symphony, which reappears in the creatures of Prometheus.
In the second part, the Beethoven Sonata op. 31 No 2 "the tempest" is flanked by two masterpieces of romantic repertoire: the third Scherzo op. 39 by Chopin and the Sixth Hungarian Rhapsody by Franz Liszt.
