DESTINATION: Rotzo - Altopiano dei Sette Comuni
This route develops along the ancient road connecting the Val d'Astico and the Altopiano dei Sette Comuni. Generations and generations of people have traveled this road over the centuries for trade, but above all for the transport of timber. During this excursion that crosses the lush forests rich in biodiversity and inhabited areas where time seems to have stopped, the guide will take you on a journey through the history and traditions of the highlands.

DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 4 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The proposed itinerary is characterized by the presence of mountain paths, dirt roads and some stretches on paved road. There are no particularly exposed sections. The difference in altitude uphill is about 500 m.
TO BRING WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing, waterproof jacket, water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 L), possibly a small snack such as dried fruit, packed lunch, sunscreen, hat.
