On Wednesday 29 July 2026, at 5:30 pm, the Institute of Cimbrian Culture in Roana will host "Natural Dialogues", a meeting dedicated to the ecosystem of the Asiago Plateau Seven Municipalities and the multiple relationships that link the environment, animals and human activities.
The protagonists of the event will be Paola Peresin and Renato Semenzato, two biologists engaged in the study of biodiversity, conservation biology and wildlife management. Through their dialogue, the public will be able to learn more about the functioning of the natural environments of the Plateau, the role of the different species and the transformations that affect the mountain territory.
The meeting will thus offer the opportunity to observe the Plateau not only as a landscape, but as a living and articulated system, in which woods, meadows, animals and local communities are united by delicate and constantly evolving balances.
The event is organized in collaboration with the Margot ETS Foundation, a Third Sector organization based in Padua committed to protecting the psycho-physical well-being of animals. The Foundation fights against the various forms of mistreatment and concretely supports shelters, associations and volunteers through contributions for veterinary care, nutrition, reception facilities and interventions in emergency situations.
Admission is free.
