The traditional country flavors come on the boards of the Refuge Val Ant, Asiago plateau.
Saturday, December 12, 2015 refuge staff awaits you from 20.00 hours with traditional and special "Dinner of ossi de mas-cio" in collaboration with Alpine Larch, which combines boiled bones other signature dishes, tasty and genuine flavours in a menu as only the pigs reared up here in the mountains have to offer.

It's time to "far on el mas-what" the ancient ritual slaughter of pork that is repeated regularly also in Alpine Larch, where pigs are bred so absolutely natural.
