Saturday, December 17, 2016, the traditional country flavors come on the boards of the Refuge Val Anton theAsiago plateau.
Refuge awaits from 20.00 hours for traditional and special "Dinner of ossi de mas-cio", in collaboration with Alpine Larch.
It is one of the most classic of rural life, held traditionally in the period in which they slaughter the "mas-cio." The tasty boiled bones are enjoy with salt and horseradish, while other signature dishes complete the menu delicious and genuine flavours, as only the pigs reared in a completely natural way to Alpine Larches can offer.
