Evening of tasting of apple dishes of various qualities, coming from the gardens of Antonio and Lisa Cantele
On Saturday, September 26, 2020,the Restaurant of the Hotel Alpi di Foza organizes a special themed dinner, with dishes made from ancient apples and autumn fruits.
During the evening, a tasting menu will be offered with tasty apple dishes of various qualities and other fruits and autumn vegetables cultivated with passion by Antonio and Lisa Cantele in their gardens of Asiago,which you can visit in the afternoon with a special guided tour organized for the occasion.

Aperitif
- Apple cider with peppermint and parsnip in tempura
- Salad with lard of anaestheces, carpaccio of apples, walnuts and honey of the forest

- Risotto with radicchio and apples
- Lasagnetta stuffed with ricotta and pears, spread with malga butter, truffle and pecorino
Second
- Patanegra pork cup cooked at low temperature with mustard sauce, stewed thistles, purple potatoes and sea buckthorn sauce
Sweet
- Strudel by the glass
- Digestive herbal tea specially created by lisa and Antonio (with mint, luigia grass, sage, thyme and monarda)
