Saturday 3 October 2015 everyone at the table with the Radicchio Rosso di Treviso at the Refuge Val Formica.
Although temperatures are cooler, it is heated by the warm colors that characterize and genuine flavours: for the second season and wine event that will bring to the table all the goodness of local products and not, the refuge Val Ant has its own themed menus on the Radicchio Rosso di Treviso, fine Venetian dish each fall our enriched with its typical bitter taste.
Characterized by a particular color from reddish streaks, radicchio has a crunchy texture and a distinctive taste and aftertaste.
Creative combinations of items to enhance the excellence of Treviso, always greatly appreciated and sought after in the various recipes that the Shelter will prepare for the occasion.
