Given the big request, on Friday 10 may 2019 the Restaurant ""-in Via Campomezzavia 39, Asiago-proposes "dinner with the Dandelion", a gastronomic evening with a delicious menu Dandelion base.

THE DANDELION OF CONCO DE.CO
The Asiago Plateau has a strong tradition for the use of spontaneous herbs in the kitchen and in Liquoreria that is reproduced with new combinations and flavors thanks to the many functions and methods of use that can have the dandelion, Taraxacum Officinalis for botanists.
This plant, also called "Long Life Grass", possesses many curative virtues: in particular, it stimulates the influx of bile into the intestine, with beneficial effects on the digestion of fats, in the biliary stones and in Purification of the organism.
Conco has a pedoclimatic combination that makes the dandelion (produced De.Co.)
