Discussion about cheese and wine tasting, gallium Monday July 23, 2012
Monday July 23, 2012, Gallium in Italy Square, will hold a discussion on cheese by Roan's cheesemakers experts.
Cheese is the product obtained from the coagulation of whole milk, partly or wholly skimmed milk or cream making also use of ferments and cooking salt.
There are fresh cheese or seasoned, if you know a few hundred types.
The 'seven Municipalities Plateau is famous for the Asiago cheese, known and appreciated worldwide.
The event will begin at ' hours 20:00 and provides a historical overview, cultural and practical note of this product.
At the end of the discussion there will be a free tasting.
