"Aperitif with the author" in Gallio, cultural meetings organized by the Giunti al Punto Library
Monday, August 23, 2021 will be held a new meeting of the literary review"Aperitif with the author",organized by the library Giunti al Punto di Asiago.
Don Alberto Ravagnani will present to the public his book"Your life and mine",the first book by a young priest who has become an authentic star of the web.
The meeting will be held in Piazza Italia in the center of Gallio,at 17.30.

Federico is almost seventeen years old, he lives in a beautiful house in Busto Arsizio, his parents are esteemed professionals, he attends the Classic and spends his free time between the Oratory of San Filippo, parties with friends and on social media. Always riding his inseparable Graziella, inherited from his grandmother.
Riccardo has already completed eighteen, he lives in a popular area of Busto and the school has left him. She has never known her father, her mother is hospitalized in a cancer center, she has a seven-year-old sister whom she adores – reciprocated – and whom she must take care of. To help the family with money he is a rider but, when he understands that it is still not enough, he enters bad laps. No football, no PlayStation, he has neither the time nor the head. He does not trust anyone because no one has ever given him anything.
Two like this should cordially detest each other (especially if they fall in love with the same girl, who chooses Riccardo), and in fact that's exactly what happens. Only then Don Andrea,the young parish priest of San Filippo who runs in the center on an electric monowheel and who does not disdain Instagram to speak to the hearts of his boys, puts his hand in it. And maybe not just him.
Amid a thousand mutual distrusts, Federico and Riccardo begin to scrutinize each other, then approach, finally become inseparable friends. But will they be forever?
Don Alberto Ravagnani, who became popular on social media for his YouTube videos that talk about faith, gives us a sincere, funny and hard story atthe same time, which he wrote thanks to his life experience among the boys and a unique ability to tell their world.

Don Alberto Ravagnani was born in 1993 in Brugherio, in Brianza, and has been a priest since June 2018. Because of (or merit) of the lockdown, which had forced him to stay away from his boys of the oratory of San Filippo Neri, in Busto Arsizio, and from the students of the "Arturo Tosi" high school, where he teaches religion, in a short time he became a very popular communicator (on YouTube, on Instagram and with a very popular podcast), managing to make social media a tool at the service of pastoral care.
