Meeting: beginning of Bisele road-Canove di Sotto Via Pál-literature based on the novel "I ragazzi della via Pál" by f. Molnár-Tuesday, August 12

Tuesday 12 August at 16.00 hours, at the locality "Bisele" of Canove di Sotto
Culture & Music Association presents "PÁL STREET", animated and reading for children and young people, based on the novel "I ragazzi della Via Pál" by f. Molnár.

Pál Street is a show created by Cristina Pulga and Isaac Tam and is one of the "special events" included in the Association's summer programming & music culture of Roana. Animated reading is aimed particularly at children of primary and secondary schools, but also to adults, who will discover or rediscover one of the great world classics of children's literature.

The story of Molnár tells the rivalry between two gangs of boys, that of Pál Street and the red shirts, engaged in a quarrel that comes to life in a suburb of Budapest at the end of the 800. The history of Hungarian author reports the size of childhood and pre-adolescence, games and rites needed to be part of a group and to create a strong identity within a micro-communities with specific rules by which adults are excluded.
Pál street boys can be read, heard and watched as if they were the protagonists of an adventure novel or training, and they are in all respects: but in the pages of the Hungarian author to emerge is size, heroic and favolististica collection, a choral gives you the rules and goals, taking the game as the most serious and necessary thing in the world.

Traveling, reading through the returning some passages from the book and the staging of some of the key hubs of Molnár, will carry the story of Pál street boys in a new context: no longer the palaces and parks of Budapest as a side dish to the contentions between the two bands, but a place and a bit hidden: the Bisele, one of those corners of Plateau that even today, in the summer, was chosen by boys and adventurous children who turn away from the center of the countries looking for new places to discover.

The narration of the story of the boys on Pál is entrusted to actors Simon Baldassari and Isaac Tam and will start at 16.00 at the locality of Bisele Canove di Sotto (Roana). There is a flat walk of about 20 minutes to reach the place where they will continue reading.
We recommend sneakers or trekking and a comfortable clothing.

In case of bad weather the event will be postponed to Tuesday, 19 August.

As always, admission is free.
