We cross meadows and pastures, woods and ancient districts, bringing our attention to the flowers and mountain herbs that make the mountain landscape so enchanting in this season.
Ancient knowledge and ancient Cimbrian traditions will accompany our explorations: from alimurgia, the art of feeding on wild plants, to popular pharmacopoeia to benefit from the properties of herbs and flowers.
Scents and colors, melodies and pleasant conversations will awaken our senses in this spring atmosphere that knows how to give a mountain of emotions!
At the end, it is possible to dine with friends at the Terrazza Casa Rossa Restaurant with a themed menu:
- Thyme-scented carne salada, cumin caciotta cheese and fried gnocchi
- Borage ravioli with butter and sage
- Sliced steak with mountain herbs and mustard with baked potatoes and cooked vegetables
- Puff pastry cream and mint-scented strawberries
- Water, wine, coffee included
DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty of 3 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route develops between mountain paths, dirt roads and a few short stretches of asphalt road with little traffic. The difference in height is less than 270 m, there are no exposed sections.
WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, backpack with water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat.
COST: €15 for the guided excursion, €10 for children under 15 and season ticket holders.
COST OF DINNER : 25€ per person for the above menu to be paid directly on site.
