Trekking with donkeys to discover a little-known highland area, the one that is usually seen in passing, passing by car. We will start from the Piazzale della Baita Azzurra in Treschè Conca, and we will immediately take the ancient road where the train passed , from Piovene Rocchette, brought people, merchandise, and during the First World War troops and ammunition to the plateau. We will then take a path that will take us to the top of a relief bordered by ancient pastures from where you can see a beautiful view of Asiago. We will then find ourselves in the village of Cesuna from where, through the tunnel carved into the rock where the train once passed, we will return to the starting point.

During the excursion , children can take turns riding donkeys where the route allows it while adults can lead donkeys to the head.

The excursion will start at 09.30 and will end at 12.30.

DEPARTURE: 09.30 am at the square of the Baita Azzurra, VI

ALTITUDE DIFFERENCE: 200 m

LENGTH: about 8 km total

TO TAKE ON THE EXCURSION: mountain shoe, long pants, layered clothing, hat and sunscreen. Do not forget water for the entire duration of the excursion as during the route there are no water supply points.
