Destination: the mountain huts of Monte Verena

Event co-financed by the Municipal Administration of Roana and organized in collaboration with the pro loco of Roana. 

Step by step we proceed towards the alpine pastures of Mount Verena immersed in the warm colors of the sunset.  Through woods and pastures this simple excursion invigorates the spirit. 

Once at Malga Verena , tales of the moon and its influences known to tradition, tales of stars and extraordinary journeys will gladden the gaze towards the infinite sky... An evening in nature to live an exciting experience in the mountains!

📈DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)

The route does not present any particular technical difficulties and develops between dirt roads and mountain paths. The uphill elevation gain is less than 250 m, there are no exposed sections.

🎒TO BRING WITH YOU:  mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate (long trousers), waterproof jacket, water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit, any blanket to sit on, any flashlight with a fixed red light (you will be asked to turn it off during the observation of the celestial vault). 

🫰COST: €10 for the guided excursion per person. Free for children under 15 years old.
