THE EXCURSION
An easy forest road leads us through the woods to reach a panoramic point of extraordinary beauty: Mount Erio with a breathtaking view of the central basin of Asiago and the Small Dolomites. To then reach the Baito Erio, a small jewel arranged and managed by the Pro Loco of Mezzaselva, thanks to which we will be able to attend a cheesemaking test, to discover all the secrets of the preparation of cheese produced in the pasture and taste typical mountain products at sunset. The return will then be accompanied by a starry sky and maybe ... from the encounter with some nocturnal animal!
