A guided excursion at sunset through the pastures of Malga Porta Manazzo to discover the flora and fauna surrounded by boundless views of the Alps.
The thrill of milking by hand, an ancient gesture handed down from generation to generation and that you will have the opportunity to experience!
A visit to the cheesemaker to discover the production techniques of fresh and aged cheese, as well as the maturing techniques according to ancient traditions.
A typical dinner based on products from mountain pastures:
- first course of the day (tagliatelle with meat sauce or alpine butter or lasagna)
- grilled tosella, polenta, various side dishes, cold cuts and cheeses from the malga,
- dessert, water, wine and coffee.

📈DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route does not present any particular technical difficulties, is suitable for everyone and develops between dirt roads and mountain paths. The uphill elevation gain is less than 220 m, there are no exposed sections.
🎒TO BRING ALONG: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, backpack with water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat.
🫰COST: €15 for the guided excursion per person. €10 for children under 15 and season ticket holders.
COST OF DINNER: € 25 per person for the above menu to be paid directly at the hut - children's dinner with reduced menu at € 10
