Wednesday, January 4, 2023 the Patrician Rigoni Educational Naturalistic Museum of Asiago offers an excursion for families to discover winter in the plateau.
On the occasion of the temporary exhibition "animal encounters", you will discover the different species of diurnal birds of prey in our mountains. Eagles, buzzards, goshawks and sparrow hawks, kestrels and...
You will learn to recognize them and understand their particular habits. So the next sighting, for example of a Holy Spirit or a quick bird that swoops down into our mountains you can start with an "oh! I saw a..." And the wonder will be even greater.
The destination will be decided based on the snow conditions and / or presence of ice. The route will be a maximum of 6 km - with less than 200 m of elevation gain.
The excursion "In the world of birds of prey" will start at 9:30 and then end at 12 :30 .

For the excursion it is necessary to be self-driving and have suitable clothing.
Limited places (maximum 20 participants per excursion), reservations required.
Cost of excursion: € 8 full, € 5 reduced.
