Seeing the sun rise in one of the most beautiful places on the plateau, for us an emotion that will remain in the memory for a long time ... for the malghesi, everyday work!
Here are the ingredients of this exciting experience in Malga:
- Simple excursion suitable for everyone among the pastures overlooking the Verena massif at sunrise ...
- Milking test, by hand, as it was once done.
- Rich breakfast with freshly milked milk and typical products of Malga Larici di Sotto.
- A chat with Malghese during the production phases of Asiago DOP cheese produced by the Mountain.

DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 1 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route does not present particular technical difficulties. It develops among the pastures of Malga Larici below. The difference in altitude uphill is less than 100 m. There are no exposed sections.
TO TAKE WITH YOU: Necessary hiking boots, water for the duration of the excursion, clothing suitable for the mountain climate (it could be a few degrees above zero).

COST: 25€, for the guided excursion, the milking test and breakfast in the Malga. 10€ for children under 15 years.
