DESTINATION: Locality Larici. - Asiago plateau and the Seven Municipalities (VI)
The Plateau is the largest alpine area of all the Alps and for this reason the recognition as a UNESCO Heritage Site is underway. With this proposal we want to take you to discover the beauty and value of this ancient craft. We will take a walk in the surroundings to enjoy the view and discover the herbs that make the milk and cheese that are born up here special. We will then arrive at the stable where the Malghesi will be intent on milking, here we will meet the real protagonists of the sorceress knowing their names and characters, so it will be even clearer the value of sustainable agriculture that gives importance to small things.
Finally, among the lights of the shadows that stretch we will enjoy an aperitif based on local products.

DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route is a ring and does not present particular technical difficulties. It develops between mountain paths and dirt roads. The difference in altitude uphill is less than 200 m, there are no exposed sections.
TO TAKE WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit, hat.
COST: 20€ for the guided excursion and the aperitif. 15€ for children under 15 years.

It starts on foot from the meeting place.
