Ettore Greco-' Forms of humanity-personal exhibition of 'Artist Ettore Greco: "Forms of ' site".
From 16 April to June 26, 2011, at the museo " Asiago " Prisons
In ' you will find more than fifty exhibition works of various sizes, plasters, bronzes, terracottas and even the famous and evocative work "Débâcle", composed of over a thousand terracotta items.
The main subject is the body and its movements, the strongest human emotions, birth and death, but also the madness. A deep involvement, even painful, that its figures were twisted, raggomitolano, bend, you tend, stand.
Vittorio Sgarbi wrote of his works: "living faces, bodies groan. Greek expresses a fever of form that rehabilitates the expressiveness of Michelangelo's unfinished and the vibration of the surface, almost painting of Medardo Rosso. The light, then, and the night, and our eyes, do the rest ".
