A night on the run from the commonplaces of travel
Wednesday 2 August 2017 from 20.30 held the workshop "Brain" Runner"at the primary school Monte Ortigara.
The event is included in the program of Golden flames Camp, an Athletics camp dedicated to boys and girls, based on the principles of ethics-athletes of sports groups "Fiamme Oro": respect for self and others, honesty and loyalty, healthy competitiveness, mutual trust, rejection of unfair and illegal means to achieve victory, the rejection of any discrimination respect of fair play and the fight against all forms of doping.
The evening will speak on Prof. Paulo Negrini to talk about functional evaluation in athletes and Dott.ssa Silvia Rizzi to talk about the psychological aspects of endurance and mental training.
