Saturday 20 August 2016, Asiago Guide accompanies you on a guided excursion discovering one of the 8 Municipalities of the Asiago plateau: ROANA a bridge for six Belfries.
The story of Roana is lost in the mists of time: where hours stands the Bridge to connect the various villages, thousands of years ago the man left engraved into the rock a sign of his passage.
Along ancient paths that traverse the Assa Valley, we will tell you of the settlements of the first men, the arrival of the cimbri and the development of countries, and finally we will see the marks left by the great war. A bridge is not only a means to connect the places, but also a metaphor we will read together to tether the landscape of Roana between past, present
and future.
