Guided hike in places of great war-"The Muskets of Monte Cengio"-by the Association "Plateau" Guides in the plateau of Asiago and 7 Municipalities
GREAT HIGHLAND WAR REVIEW:
Highland guides offer historical-naturalistic excursion Monte Cengio, Asiago plateau, Saturday EVENING May 30, 2015-
This excursion is ideal for those who want to combine a little challenging route with a visit to a place of great historical value, situated in a position from where you can admire one of the most beautiful landscapes of the entire plateau.
The excursion is considered easywalking, even by non-expert hikers.
The trail runs along the Southwest mountainous massif, dug for long stretches in the rock, and in some places using galleries, for about 4 km, you arrive at the top of 1347.
The vertical drop of 150 meters seems not to be heard, as many points of historical interest (trenches, tunnels, gun emplacements, as well as the famous leap of the grenadiers) allow most pleasant stops and in the case of warm days in the Gallery allow you to freshen up.
The final part of Astico Valley and on to the rear which is plain all the way takes away my breath

The Association "Plateau Guides" is composed of local guides that operate on the territory of the seven Municipalities Plateau for many years. Membership to the site by members of the group ensures an intimate knowledge of the proposals and a deeply respectful approach towards the environment and its history. Our guides are mountain professionals recognized and entered in the register of the Vicenza province; they propose to accompany busloads of people on excursions and tours drive on the territory, as required by regional law No. 33 of 11/4/2002 and according to the laws of that professional fan part.
