Sunday, March 12, 2017, Asiago Guide organizes a historically themed excursion to Forte Caicedo, one of the Forts of theAltopiano di Asiago protagonist from the first world war.
With this easy itinerary which runs through spruce forests and alpine pastures, rocciere, you will visit the best preserved Fort among those in our region and discover more about this particular and unique phase of the first World War: the war of the forts.
DETAILS OF THE EXCURSION

Meeting point: hours 9.30 at the parking lot of the consortium of dairies (via f. Baracca Asiago)

Difficulty: 2 on a scale of 1 to 5, a drop of about 200 m;

To take with you: packed lunches, walking boots (NO MOON BOOT), clothing (in winter there may be extreme cold, but walking or snowshoeing there heats up quickly), water or warm yourself for the duration of the excursion, k-way
