Meditation, relaxation and yoga to find inner balance with Mariangela lots and Achille leave-Altopiano di Asiago

In summer you can enjoy the wonderful energies of nature, for which the Refuge Campolongo organizes a day of rest and relaxation, Thursday, July 20, 2017.

Surrounded by greenery, together with the experts Mariangela Lots and Achille Leave spend a day dedicated to inner wellness, through contact with nature, meditation, relaxation and yogatechniques.

During the experiential path "energy and wellness" you will be led gently towards the rediscovery of yourselves and of inner listening, to improve vitality, self-esteem and confidence in yourself and be able to better manage situations of stress and anxiety, worries and relational difficulties, gaining strength from nature that surrounds you.

The activities will be carried out mainly outdoors, you may prefer a comfortable clothing, suitable shoes for walking in nature so undemanding, a Mat or a blanket to sit on the grass.

🍃 PROGRAM 🍃

In the morning, from 10.00 to 13.00, you learn to sense the energies of nature and through the conscious breathing, to connect to them. Then you go into theinner listening aided by the sounds of nature and we will join them with the chanting of mantras, bringing us these vibrations of well-being and strength.

In the afternoon, from 14.00 to 17.30 you will work on limiting thoughts that dwell within us to free ourselves from what hampers and weights, then continue with the meditation in the Woods, learning to connect with the spiritual energies and with the elements of nature.

🍃 the SHELTER CAMPOLONGO 🍃

The Refuge Campolongo is an old casara at high altitudes whose recent restoration has preserved and highlighted its typical architectural characteristics of plateau hut as the stone walls and the wooden roof to large roofs.

The hut is easily accessible through the wide and easy road that leads to the center of Roana Mezzaselva in proportion to the Monte Verena. Set in a magical setting, the Refuge Campolongo is located at the center of a small plain surrounded by silent forests of FIR.
